WHAT IS THE FORUM?
Grown from a small circle of business leaders to a multi-day learning event with over 200 participants, Minerva’s Inclusive Leadership Forum is an annual event that brings businesses and communities together during National Gender Equality Week.
WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH?
The purpose of the Forum is to advance workplace equality by sharing progressive practices and elevating inclusive leadership skills. By bringing together a diverse group of speakers and attendees, we’re able to create a space for shared learning about how organizations in BC are overcoming their blind spots and championing equity, diversity, and inclusion.
