LEARNING TO LEAD™
Learning to Lead™ is designed for self-identifying young women and gender diverse youth in grades 10-12. Participants gain confidence through interactive workshops and activities that help them discover their authentic self and construct a leadership identity. By practicing tangible skills in a supportive environment, participants will leave the program with a deeper belief in themselves and their ability to make positive changes in their lives and the lives of those around them.
YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Youth Advisory Council was created to engage a group of Learning to Lead™ alumnae committed to putting their leadership into meaningful action. This year-long program is a space for young leaders to build community, share ideas, and develop crucial leadership skills for the future.

Since 1999, Minerva BC has worked to advance economic and leadership opportunities for self-identifying women and girls. Over the past 20 years, we’ve raised more than $10M to support leadership and career development programs and more than $2M to support women’s education.
