This program is designed for young people ages 16-24, and business leaders who are committed to the intentional inclusion of youth leaders in their communities. We welcome self-identified women, transgender and non-binary people to apply.

No previous leadership training or experience is required for youth participants.

Priority will be given to applicants from Metro Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Prince George, and Kamloops.
