By participating in one of the leadership programs offered through Minerva’s Combining Our Strength™ initiative, I discovered myself and gained the self-confidence I needed to go back to school and pursue a dream. I got a firm handle on who I am and where I wanted to be. I was able to see what I did and did not like about the careers I had chosen before. I was able to learn and understand my personal values and, by living them, I am leading an empowered life. The program allowed me to take off my tinted glasses and put on a pair where I see clearly now who I am meant to be in this life.
I’ve become the person I want to be and always knew I was deep down.
In every way, my chosen career is what I wanted. I am now a Certified Executive Coach, Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and, in the past year, I have also become a Licensed Hay House Heal Your Life Coach and Teacher, as well as an End of Life/Grief Coach. And so, I help guide women to lead an empowered life by living their passion – just as I was supported to do through Minerva. I’ve become the person I want to be and always knew I was deep down.
The Combining Our Strength™ leadership program was a gift to me – a gift that allowed me to grow out of my shell into an empowered woman who loves what she does, and is passionate about helping others find their fit as well.
