Please join us in welcoming Sarah Greenwood as the new lead facilitator for Women Leading the Way™. Sarah joins Helen Dewar and Jo-Anne Lauzer in leading Cohort 10, beginning this January.
Sarah joined Minerva BC in May this year. Since then, she has been busy developing and launching the WE for SHE NextGen Leaders program. Sarah also co-facilitated the 2017 Learning to Lead™ program, with Sarah Hart.
Sarah is passionate about learning and helping others learn. As a career strategist, facilitator, and curriculum designer, Sarah appreciates the deep connections and learning that can take place when people are willing to be vulnerable and challenge themselves. Sarah has 14 years of experience working in Adventure Based Leadership programs, and more than five years of experience developing and delivering career development programs. She has facilitated youth and adult groups and worked with female survivors of abuse, youth-at-risk, students from the US Naval Academy, and University students. Before joining Minerva BC, Sarah worked as a career counsellor, facilitator and program lead, supporting individuals to identify their strengths, clarify their values, and achieve their career goals. Sarah is motivated by setting goals and keeping her eye on challenging objectives. When not working, Sarah can be found swimming, biking, or running as she trains for triathlons.
