Created in partnership with Business in Vancouver, this annual bursary honours the legacy of Michelle Pockey — a respected lawyer, advocate, and community leader who championed women’s advancement and Indigenous rights throughout her career.
The award supports women pursuing post-secondary education, with priority for Indigenous women and single parents, helping remove financial barriers and opening doors to leadership pathways.
