Engaging Men in Gender Equality Initiatives
Women are underrepresented in most companies, particularly among senior leadership teams—and companies are missing out as a result. Recent studies show that when men become actively involved in gender diversity, 96% report making progress on advancing women in leadership. On the flip side, among companies where men are not involved, only 30% show progress.
Join Minerva BC as we explore the topic of engaging men in gender diversity initiatives. Presenters will speak about their perspectives on gender equality and the role of men. The individual presentations will be followed by time for questions, and also table discussion amongst breakfast attendees.
Our goal is to create a space for authentic dialogue that invites more men into the conversation. Our hope is that through candid discussion and shared learning, we can all work together to create a more equal future for everyone.
