In partnership with Women’s Enterprise Centre, Minerva BC launched the first WE for SHE NextGen Leaders full-day event at Khalsa School. Fittingly held on October 11th, The Day of the Girl, the entire senior school spent the day engaging in conversation about their future careers and gender equality.
There was a diverse line up of speakers who touched on a range of topics – from unconscious bias to personal stories of triumph and tribulations in their careers. The day was jam-packed with thoughtful reflection, meaningful conversation, and inspiring ideas.
