The Scorecard provides a current picture of the representation of women and Indigenous peoples on corporate boards, and in senior executive leadership, with a focus on BC-based companies.

Join us in September during National Gender Equality week for Minerva’s annual Inclusive Leadership Forum. Grown from a small circle of business leaders to a multi-day learning event with over 200 attendees, the purpose of the Forum is to advance workplace equality by sharing progressive practices and elevating inclusive leadership skills.
