Getting Real: Capturing Your Voice as a Leader

Are you ready to find your voice as a leader? Refinery is pleased to present a unique workshop to inspire, equip and activate leaders to communicate with greater intention, confidence and impact. Through  Refinery’s experiential approach, you will build your capacity for active listening, capturing the power of your voice, having difficult conversations and engaging people to action.

This workshop will be led by Peter McCoppin and Valerie Nishi. Peter is the former conductor of the Victoria and Vancouver Symphony Orchestras. He is a leadership coach, educator and facilitator who enables people to elevate their personal presence, voice and power. Valerie is an associate of Refinery and principal of Tidewater Leadership. She brings over 25 years of leadership and organizational development experience and partners with leaders to develop thriving human systems and sustainable solutions.

Refinery will donate partial proceeds from ticket sales to support Minerva BC.
