FACE OF LEADERSHIP™ SCORECARD
The Face of Leadership™ Scorecard is an annual report produced by Minerva BC from 2015-2019 in collaboration with our research partner, Corporate Knights. The Scorecard tracks the representation of women and Indigenous peoples on corporate boards and in senior executive leadership positions, with a focus on BC’s largest companies.
UNOBSTRUCTED JOURNEYS REPORT
The Unobstructed Journeys research report is the start of a new conversation at Minerva. This report aims to go beyond leadership representation and provide data that helps us understand women’s career experiences in British Columbia. Our hope is that, alongside our partners, supporters, and the wider community, this research will help create better workplaces now and into the future.

CHAMPIONING EQUITY AND INCLUSION
Investing in women’s education and leadership development positively impacts communities. This has been proven at a local, national, and global level — yet no country in the world has successfully closed the gender gap. Current estimates from the World Economic Forum suggest that it will take another 169 years to close the global gender gap.
