WHAT IS THE FORUM?

What began as a gathering of business leaders has grown into a dynamic, multi-day event that now brings together over 200 participants from across sectors during National Gender Equality Week. Minerva’s Inclusive Leadership Forum is a space for connection, learning, and collective action—where businesses, communities, and advocates come together to build workplaces where everyone can thrive.

WHO SHOULD JOIN?

The Forum is for anyone committed to building more equitable workplaces—whether you’re just beginning your leadership journey or have years of experience. Youth, emerging and established leaders, and allies will find practical insights, real stories, and opportunities to connect with others working to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion.

While progress has been made, there is still much work to do to create truly equitable workplaces. We’re here to help move that work forward—by sharing proven practices and fresh ideas, and by elevating the skills leaders need to champion real change. The Forum offers new perspectives and honest conversations on how to build more inclusive organizations across BC—so that all leaders can contribute to meaningful progress.
