STRATEGIES TO CHAMPION EQUITY IN LEADERSHIP
what is the face of leadership™?
In 2015, we launched the Face of Leadership™ to accelerate the pace of change. Aimed at closing the gender gap, we started a conversation with 12 CEOs about how to lift the percentage of women in leadership. We agreed that we could work together to identify solutions, put them into practice, and share what works.
OUR GOAL?
A meaningful and sustainable increase in the representation of women leaders across all organizations and industries in British Columbia.

MEASURING THE SPEED OF CHANGE
The Face of Leadership™ Scorecard is a report produced by Minerva BC in collaboration with our research partner, Corporate Knights.
The Scorecard provides a current picture of the representation of women and Indigenous peoples on corporate boards and in senior executive leadership positions, with a focus on BC-based companies.
inclusive leadershipforum
Every year, during Gender Equality Week, we bring businesses and communities together to learn how companies in BC are overcoming their blind spots and championing equality and diversity by adapting the practices and procedures used to identify, develop, and promote talent.
The 2023 edition of the Face of Leadership™ Inclusive Leadership Forum is summed up in our Event Summary and Resource Guide.
