Inclusive Leadership Forum

BC Score Card companies that have signed the Diversity Pledge are invited to join Minerva BC’s Inclusive Leadership Forum.

This group meets on a quarterly basis to discuss specific topics related to diversity, inclusion and accelerating women leaders. This is an opportunity for peer learning: to share best and promising practices, as well as useful research, resources and tools.

Meetings are attended by the CHRO or senior HR / Diversity lead within the organization.

Once a year, we invite CEOs from to attend a meeting to review the latest Score Card report, and to learn about the latest research and practices in diversity and inclusion.

Minerva BC facilitates the sessions in partnership with Mary O’Callaghan, Retired Partner, KPMG.
