FUTURE READY
Future Ready is a career readiness program for young women and gender diverse youth aged 17-25. The program supports youth to build confidence, strengthen real-world skills, and connect with an inspiring community of peers and mentors. Participants learn from young leaders who have recently transitioned into the workplace, gain insights from senior leaders, and practice skills they can use right away in school, work, and life.
LEARNING TO LEAD™
Learning to Lead™ is designed for self-identifying young women and gender diverse youth in grades 10-12. Participants gain confidence through interactive workshops and activities that help them discover their authentic self and construct a leadership identity. By practicing tangible skills in a supportive environment, participants will leave the program with a deeper belief in themselves and their ability to make positive changes in their lives and the lives of those around them.
RISE AND SHINE
Rise and Shine is an online program for self-identifying girls and gender-diverse youth ages 15–24, offering seven expert-developed sessions focused on mental and emotional wellness. Participants engage in interactive workshops that promote resilience, skill-building, and meaningful connections in a supportive, non-judgmental space, while learning strategies to enhance their overall well-being and confidence.
YOUTH ACTION COUNCIL
The Youth Action Council was created to engage a group of Learning to Lead™ alumnae committed to putting their leadership into meaningful action. This year-long program is a space for young leaders to build community, share ideas, and develop crucial leadership skills for the future.
