Recently, we had the pleasure of catching up with Charlotte Pecknold, an alumna of Women Leading the Way™ Cohort 8. We met Autumn Walken this past May when she attended Minerva BC’s Learning to Lead weekend. Her magnetic warmth and thoughtful insights naturally made us think, “Wow, this girl is going places!”. Hilary is an alumna of Women Leading the Way™’s Cohort 1, and is currently the Innovation Manager for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. We caught up with Hilary on her recent move (back) to Ottawa, and asked how she’s managed to continue living her values through career pivots in social enterprise, tech, and tourism (to name a few).
